1. fit a 3/8" axle or axle bolt to a 14mm axle slot

2. fit a 14mm peg to a 3/8" axle or axle bolt

sold in singles, buy as many as required for your application

4mm wide

outer diameter is 14mm

make sure the peg or dropout is wider than 4mm
