  • If there isn't enough room for your complete address (billing and/or shipping) or you can not submit the address how it should appear on your shipment, please email us at empirebmx@empirebmx.com
  • In the email, please include your name, order number (available after you submit the order), and the complete and correct billing and/or shipping addresses.
  • Please be aware that we will not be held responsible for any additional shipping costs or shipping delays if you submit an order with an incorrect or incomplete address.
